UHV Technology

Princeton Scientific Corp. provides a wide selection of components for the introduction, handling, transfer and manipulation/positioning of substrates, wafers, or other samples in Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV), High Vacuum (HV), and controlled environments. Magnetic transporters with linear or linear/rotary motions are used for applications such as sample introduction, moving substrates or sample manipulation. Rotary feedthroughs can actuate shutters, rotate a sample carrier, plus drive planetary stages.

Our sample transfer and manipulation devices are made with European precision and with highest quality materials to withstand repeated UHV bakeouts.
