Motorized Rotation Module - In Line Solution
The stepper motor module is used to motorise rotation the axis in different applications. The manipulator is then supplied with microswitch limit stops as standard. The motorised axis can also be operated manually after
removing the stepper motor.
Motorization with stepper motors increases resolution and repeatability of the translator rotation and makes positioning both precise and easy. Motorization can be used when travel distance is so large that manual actuation would be time-consuming. Motion is operated by dedicated PC software.
The stepper motor for Secondary Rotation Module R1 is controlled by an electronic device SMCD10. The motor is easily removed before baking. The motorized axes of the manipulator are controlled with PREVAC manipulator control software.
